Grape Jelly Roll
Preheat oven to 450.
Grease a 15 x 10 x 1 in. jelly roll pan and line with wax paper.

1 tsp.
lemon juice
1 cup
sugar
1/4 cup
milk
1 tbsp.
butter
1 cup
pre-sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp.
baking powder
1/4 tsp.
salt
Concord Grape Jelly CAN or
Concord Grape Jelly US
Whip eggs until very thick - beat in lemon juice and sugar.
Scald together milk and butter.
Blend or sift together dry ingredients.
Sift dry ingredients over egg mixture alternately with hot milk, folding in gently after each addition turn into prepared pan.
Bake at 400ºF for 10 to 12 min.
Turn out immediately on towel sprinkled with icing sugar. Remove wax
paper and roll, rolling towel up in cake cool and unroll fill with Concord grape jelly and re-roll.
