Sticky Chicken Wings
Goes great with Spinach Salad and Apricot Dressing!


1 box frozen chicken wings
3/4 cup Blood Orange Premium Spread
or Blood Orange Conserve
3/4 cup Soya sauce

Combine all ingredients (wings frozen) in large sauce pan with heavy bottom. Cook on high stirring constantly until sauce caramelizes (approx 20-30 mins)
