Blueberry Muffins
½ cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups flour
½ tsp
salt
1¼ cups
sugar
½ cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1½ cups
Blueberry Conserves
or Blueberry Premium Spread
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease muffin tins. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk. Mix in blueberry spread. Fill muffin tins high and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
