Apricot Glazed Pork Roast

2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sage
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
5-6 lb bone-in pork loin roast
1 cup Apricot Fruit Spread
or USApricot Fruit Spread
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line roasting pan with foil; coat with cooking spray.
Combine 1 tsp mustard powder, salt, sage, onion and garlic powders and 1/8 tsp cayenne. Rub over pork. Place in pan; roast one hour.
Meanwhile, combine preserves with butter, teriyaki, remaining mustard powder and cayenne; microwave on high un 20 second intervals until melted. Brush half of mixture over pork; roast 30 minutes.
Brush remaining mixture over pork. Roast until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of pork away from bone registers 160°F, 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. If desired, serve with pan juices.
